Common questions
Which phone systems work?
Any phone system that can email voicemails as an audio file. Most business phone systems can. If voicemails land in a mailbox, for example Teams Phone with Exchange Online, a forwarding rule works too.
Which languages are supported?
PaloPlex supports 60 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese and Chinese. The language is detected automatically for most of them. For the rest, you choose the language for your inbox. The transcript stays in the language the caller spoke, and the ticket can be written in your team's language.
Do I need to change my helpdesk?
No. Tickets arrive by email, so any helpdesk or shared inbox that creates tickets from email works: Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Zoho Desk, Salesforce and more.
What if the transcription is not perfect?
Phone audio can be noisy. The full transcript is always in the ticket, so your team can see what was understood before calling back.
How does the free trial work?
You add a credit card when you sign up, but you are not charged during the first 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After that, your plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel any time.
